Return & Exchange Policy
7-DAY RETURNS
- Items purchased from June 9 Clothing LLP are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We accept returns or exchanges free of cost. This means you won’t be charged extra to return or exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
- Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers can raise a return request within 7 days after an order has been delivered through our returns center. [We need to create a returns center page]
- Once your return request is verified by our support team, reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once the items are picked up the refund/exchange will be provided.
- Exchange is purely subject to product availability.
- If you have received a defective product, please send us images using our return center and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team the refund/exchange will be provided.
- A refund will be processed into your bank account or as a gift coupon as per your convenience.
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, torn or soiled.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on essentials Items like Face Masks/Shields.
- If the reverse pick up service to your address Pincode is not available we would ask you to process the Self-Shipping / Self Courier to return us the product.
- We will only credit rupees 100 as a self-shipping costs which will be refunded to your bank account or as a gift coupon as per your convenience.
- Refunds/Exchanges is not applicable on highly discounted products.
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
SELF SHIP PROCESS
- Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below.
- June 9 Clothing LLP, C/o Desert Crafts, 2nd floor, C Block, F-202-204, RIICO Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India.
- Upon receiving the product at the warehouse, we will intimate you through an email alert or with a voice call.
- We suggest you ship it only through Blue Dart/ Fedex/ Delhivery Express to the address presented above.
- We also recommend using the ‘Indian Speed Post’ as your courier service, if none of these courier services are available at your location. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
- PLEASE NOTE: Should the package be damaged in transit during return shipping, we will not be liable to process any refund. A damaged package or a soiled/used/torn product will not be accepted at the warehouse.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
- A refund will be processed into your bank account or as a gift coupon as per your convenience.
- Cancellations – In general for a prepaid mode of payments, the refund will be processed into the same bank account/card/wallet which was used during the order placement.
- Self Ship Returns – The product amount and 100 rupees courier costs will be processed.
- For self-shipped returns customers need to provide their bank account details like Bank account number, Bank account holder name, Bank IFSC CODE, Bank Name reaching our help center.
- We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
- Bank refunds for both prepaid and cod orders will take 7-10 business days.
- If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
- Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Delight Team a refund will be provided.
- Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or issue you a refund.
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
- Bank refunds for both prepaid and cod orders will take 7-10 business days.
- For any further clarification, please reach out to our help center and provide the required details to raise a ticket to help sort things out.
Refund Policy
REFUND ON PREPAID ORDERS
- We have a 100% refund policy for the product amount.
- Refund will be processed into the source payment mode with which the payment was made while placing an order.
REFUND ON COD ORDERS
- For COD orders refunds would be provided in your Bank account equivalent to the total order value.
- COD Handling charges of INR 99 extra which you pay is not refundable.
WHEN REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE
- For products on deeply discounted or on clearance sale.
- If the product returned is soiled, damaged, or altered.
